Calendly alternative from Germany — with your own booking page

Calendly is great for sharing one-on-one meetings. But salons, coaches, beauty studios and practices need more — a professional booking page with your brand, multi-staff management and GDPR compliance from day one.

EazyBooking is built for exactly that. Servers in Frankfurt, service-provider-first, from €59/month.

No credit card · Cancel anytime · GDPR-compliant

Calendly's round-robin assigns ONE customer to multiple hosts. EazyBooking books MULTIPLE customers into one slot — each with their own service, all in a single bundled calendar entry.

The best alternatives in 2026

The best Calendly alternatives at a glance

Looking for an alternative to Calendly? Here are the most honest options for 2026 — briefly explained, with a clear note on who each one fits. Our recommendation is at the top, followed by fair options you can compare for yourself.

  1. EazyBooking

    Our recommendationBookings for your business

Not just a meeting link, but a complete booking page on your own domain — built for local service appointments with staff, services and opening hours. Every booking arrives as a native invite in Apple or Google Calendar (accept or decline with a single tap). Flat €59/month including 5 staff members, 0% commission, servers in Germany, personal setup by the founder. 14 days free, no credit card.

  2. Calendly

    Meeting scheduling

The go-to tool for 1:1 and team meetings: send a link, the other person picks a slot. Great for sales calls and consultations, with a free entry tier. It isn't built for a local business with its own booking page, service catalog and on-site appointments, though — and the interface is very English-first.

  3. Cal.com

    Open-source option

The open Calendly alternative with a free single-user plan and a self-hosting option (offered since 2026 as the Cal.diy community edition). Very flexible and developer-friendly. Self-hosting saves the license fee but costs you servers and maintenance time — and the feature focus is on meetings, not on a salon booking page.

  4. TidyCal

    Cheap lifetime deal

A lean Calendly alternative, often sold as a one-time lifetime deal instead of a subscription. More than enough for simple appointment booking with no monthly cost. Its feature set and integrations are deliberately minimal — no German-speaking support and no native calendar invite workflow.

  5. Microsoft Bookings

    Microsoft 365 users

Already included in many Microsoft 365 Business plans and neatly integrated with Outlook. Makes sense if your business already lives in the Microsoft ecosystem. Outside of that it feels clunky, the booking page offers little customization, and Apple Calendar isn't served natively.

  6. Setmore

    Free to start

A free entry point for simple online appointments, English-first. Fine to get started — but the useful extras (two-way calendar sync, SMS reminders) sit behind the paid plan and are billed per staff member.

What sets EazyBooking apart

Four concrete differences that matter

Real storefront, not a personal link

Calendly URLs look like calendly.com/your-name — sleek like a LinkedIn profile, but not a brand asset. EazyBooking is a full booking page with your logo, your colors, and from day one on your own domain (book.your-domain.com).

GDPR-compliant from Frankfurt

All data in a German Supabase data center (Frankfurt). DPA on request. Customer data never leaves Germany. Calendly runs on AWS US-East — standard DPA, but EU data flows across the Atlantic.

Multi-staff without an enterprise upgrade

Each staff member with their own availability, services and appointments. Calendly gates this behind Teams (~€16/user/month). With us it's tiered from plan 1, no per-seat pricing spiral.

iframe embed with conversion tracking

Senior-grade embed loader with SRI hash, auto-resize, postMessage events for Google Ads + Meta Pixel tracking, GDPR consent integration. Calendly ships a basic iframe with no tracking bridge.

Frequently asked questions

Switching from Calendly — what you need to know

Can I migrate my Calendly bookings to EazyBooking?

There's no direct import (yet). But you can run EazyBooking in parallel to Calendly — new bookings come in via EazyBooking, existing Calendly appointments stay in your Apple or Google calendar (we sync both). After 30 days we recommend cancelling Calendly.

What does EazyBooking cost compared to Calendly?

EazyBooking starts at €59/month including 5 staff members. Calendly is around €10/month (Basic, no branding) and ramps quickly: Teams €16/user, Enterprise on request. With 3+ staff you're cheaper on EazyBooking.

Is EazyBooking really more GDPR-compliant than Calendly?

Yes, because our servers are in Frankfurt (Supabase EU-Central) and customer data never leaves Germany. Calendly is GDPR-compliant via standard DPA, but data flows through AWS US-East. For GDPR-sensitive industries (healthcare, lawyers, coaches) EazyBooking is the safer pick. DPA available on request.

Can I take deposits with EazyBooking?

Yes — configurable per service from 1–99%. The customer books, pays a deposit via Stripe, balance is due on-site. On no-show you can keep the deposit, or auto-refund via cancellation policy (e.g. "24h before: 100% refund, 12h: 50%, after: 0%"). Calendly is all-or-nothing only.

How fast is EazyBooking ready to go?

60 seconds to your first testable booking page. After signup your account is pre-configured with sample services + opening hours — you just add your own services and connect a calendar (Apple/Google/Outlook). Most tenants are live in 5 minutes.

What about my existing domain?

You can run EazyBooking under your own domain (e.g. book.your-domain.com). DNS setup is one click in the admin — we give you the CNAME, you add it at your registrar, SSL/Let's Encrypt is provisioned automatically. Calendly only offers this on Enterprise.
