FOR YOGA STUDIOS

Book yoga classes online — straight into your calendar

Your weekly schedule sits online — Mon 18:00 Vinyasa, Tue 19:00 Yin, Thu 7:00 Morning Flow. Students book themselves 24 hours a day, with a 10-class pass, a monthly membership or as a drop-in. You see per class who’s coming — and whether there are still seats. All of it in your Apple or Google Calendar. No more spreadsheet, no more WhatsApp sign-ups minutes before class.

Sound familiar from your studio day? vs. With EazyBooking it works like this

BEFORE

Sound familiar from your studio day?

  • You keep the schedule in a spreadsheet or as a PDF on the site — changes (teacher off sick, class cancelled) have to be updated in three places and nobody hears about it.
  • WhatsApp and email sign-ups pile up on your phone each evening — before class you’re rushing to count who’s coming and who has a 10-class pass.
  • One class is overbooked (18 mats fit, 22 want in), another is half-empty — you have no live overview and no automatic stop at capacity.
  • 10-class passes live on paper or in a notebook — who has 3 classes left, who has already paid, whose card has expired — check-in stalls regularly.
  • Monthly memberships run by direct debit, but you manage cancellations, pauses (holidays, pregnancy) and re-starts manually — 15 minutes of admin per person per change.
  • Workshops (two-day intensives, Yin weekends) should be bookable separately with their own price and early-bird discount — but in the current system workshops and regular classes are mixed together.
  • You offer hybrid classes (studio plus an online Zoom stream), but managing them — who’s live in the room, who’s streaming from home, who needs the link — eats 10 minutes before every class.
AFTER

With EazyBooking it works like this

  • Your weekly schedule sits online and recurs — set it once, it runs week after week. Teacher off sick? One click, the class is cancelled and everyone signed up gets an email automatically.
  • Students see live availability per class (12 of 18 seats open) and book themselves — at capacity the class closes automatically, and you can switch on a waiting list.
  • 10-class passes and memberships are tracked transparently in the admin — balance per person, automatic deduction on booking, clear start and expiry. One glance at the tablet on check-in, done.
  • Drop-in, 10-class pass and monthly membership side by side at different prices — the student picks the right one when booking, and Stripe handles payment and confirmation.
  • Monthly memberships run automatically through Stripe — pauses (holidays, pregnancy) and cancellation are self-service in the customer portal, no more manual direct debits.
  • Workshops as their own booking type with tiered pricing (early bird until date X, standard, last-minute) — a separate attendee list, separate reminders, no mixing with the regular schedule.
  • Hybrid classes are supported: per class you set studio seats and online stream seats separately, and the Zoom link only goes out to online attendees, automatically and securely.

MEHRPERSONEN-BUCHUNG

Group classes are your core business — one booking per person, one shared slot.

Yoga is a group thing — 12, 16, 20 people on mats in the same room at the same time. EazyBooking bundles every attendee in a class into one attendee list, with live capacity and automatic closure at maximum.

So funktioniert Gruppen-Buchung →
  • Live overview per class: who’s coming, who’s on the waiting list, who cancelled
  • Automatic class closure at capacity — no overbooking
  • On cancellation the waiting list moves up automatically, with email notification

FEATURES

Everything for your yoga studio

Weekly schedule with recurrence

Mon 18:00 Vinyasa, Tue 19:00 Yin, Thu 7:00 Morning Flow, Sat 10:00 Hatha — set once and it repeats weekly. Per class: style, teacher, duration, level (beginner to advanced), maximum attendees, price. Special cases (public holiday, teacher off, workshop instead of regular class) handled with a single click — everyone signed up is notified automatically.

Capacity limit & waiting list

Per class you set the capacity: 18 mats fit, no more. At capacity bookings close automatically, and an optional waiting list fills freed seats in sign-up order. You see a live list per class: who’s coming, who’s on the waiting list, who cancelled. No double-booking, no 22-people-on-18-mats chaos.

10-class passes, memberships & drop-in side by side

Three price models in parallel: one-off drop-in (e.g. €18), 10-class pass (e.g. €150 — valid 6 months, €5 saving per class), monthly membership (e.g. €89 unlimited) via Stripe Connect. The student chooses at booking time. Pass balance and membership status are transparent in the profile, with automatic deduction on booking and an expiry reminder 7 days ahead by email.

Workshops & intensives as their own type

Multi-day workshops (Yin weekend, Vinyasa intensive, teacher training) as a separate booking type with tiered pricing (early bird until date, standard, last-minute), attendee limit, dedicated description with images. Separate attendee list, separate reminders, optional Stripe deposit mode — full payment weeks later.

Hybrid classes: studio + online stream

Per class you set studio seats and online stream seats separately (e.g. 16 on site + 30 online). The Zoom or streaming link is stored on the class and sent automatically only to online attendees 30 min before start. Online attendees can book at drop-in pricing or via a pass/membership. Optional: a 7-day replay link after class.

Multiple teachers with their own profile

Each teacher gets their own profile with photo, bio, styles (Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Kundalini) and their own calendar sync. The schedule makes it clear who teaches what — students can filter by favourite teacher. Switch a sub in with one click, and everyone signed up is notified. Per-teacher payouts via Stripe Connect are possible if you share revenue.

FAQ

Common questions from yoga studios

  • How does a weekly recurring schedule work?

You set each class up once: weekday, time, duration, style, teacher, level, capacity, price. EazyBooking generates all future occurrences automatically — weeks, months, years ahead. To cancel a single date (public holiday, teacher off sick), you click that one occurrence and cancel it — the weekly series carries on. A permanent change (e.g. Vinyasa moves from Mon 18:00 to Wed 19:00) is made on the master entry from a chosen date. Anyone already signed up is notified by email automatically.

  • How do I manage 10-class passes online?

In the admin you create pass types: “10-class Vinyasa pass”, “6-class Yin pass”, “20-class all-styles pass” — each with a price and validity (e.g. 6 months from purchase). Students buy online via Stripe or in the studio by card/cash (you enter it in the admin). Balance per person is visible (e.g. 7/10 left), automatic deduction on each booking. 14 days before expiry: an automatic reminder email. Mixed passes (“10 classes, any style”) work too.

  • How do monthly memberships work with pause and cancel?

Membership types are defined in the admin: “Unlimited monthly €89”, “2× per week €59”, “online only €39” — billed automatically by Stripe. Students have a self-service portal: activate a pause (e.g. 4 weeks of holiday, then automatically resume), cancel (to the end of the billing period), change card. You don’t do anything manually — all movements come as notifications in your admin. You see active, paused and cancelled memberships with history.

  • How do hybrid classes (studio plus online stream) work?

Per class you set two capacities: on site (e.g. 16 mats) and online (e.g. 30 stream seats). The student picks “studio” or “online” at booking time. You store a streaming link (Zoom, Vimeo, your own setup) on the class. 30 minutes before class only online attendees receive the email with the link — secure, not public. Optionally you can have a 7-day replay link sent after class.

  • What if a class is overbooked — is there a waiting list?

Yes, switchable per class. Once capacity is reached, additional people can join the waiting list. If someone cancels, the next person on the list moves up automatically — with an email saying a seat just opened up. Optional: cut-off time (e.g. 2h before class — after that no more substitutes because it’s too short-notice). You see the waiting list live in the admin and can intervene manually when needed.

  • How do I manage workshops separately from the schedule?

Workshops are set up as their own service type, not as a weekly recurring class. Example: “Yin weekend 14–15 June, Fri 18:00 to Sun 14:00, 12 seats, €220”. Tiered pricing: early bird until 14 April €180, standard €220, last-minute from 1 June €250. Optional Stripe deposit (e.g. €50) up front, balance 14 days before start. Separate attendee list, separate reminders with workshop-specific info (travel, catering, what to bring).

  • Can my students filter by favourite teacher?

Yes. Each teacher has their own profile with photo, bio and specialisations. On the booking page they can filter (“only show Anna’s classes”) or view all classes sorted by teacher. Subs: if Anna is sick and Beat steps in, you change the teacher on the class — everyone signed up gets an email about the swap. Anyone who wants to cancel can do so themselves within the cancellation policy.

  • What about intro classes or trial sessions for new people?

Create a service like “trial class” or “intro session” with its own price (often free or reduced, e.g. €10 instead of €18) and certain classes unlocked (usually beginner classes). Optional: only bookable once per person — EazyBooking detects this automatically via email/phone. At booking time a short questionnaire can appear (“yoga experience? injuries? goals?”), and the answers are ready for the teacher before class.

  • Is this GDPR-compliant — including health questions?

Fully GDPR-compliant. All data in an EU data centre in Frankfurt (Supabase EU-Central), no US cloud. DPA in the admin as a PDF. Questionnaire answers about injuries or prior conditions are stored encrypted, accessible only to you and authorised teachers. Per-student data export or deletion with one click. For special categories of personal data (health), the standard consent at booking is sufficient as long as you communicate it transparently.
