Prescription upload at booking
Patients upload their statutory prescription as a photo or PDF when booking. You see the diagnosis, modality (manual therapy, exercise therapy, lymph drainage, etc.), frequency and prescription date before the appointment. No forgotten prescriptions, no chasing on billing day.
Follow-up series in a single flow
On 6- or 10-session prescriptions the system offers the full follow-up plan after the first visit in one block — 2× a week over 3 weeks, the same slot each time. The patient confirms once and all appointments are in the calendar. A complete treatment series without the phone marathon.
Apple & Google Calendar sync
Every appointment lands directly in your practice calendar. When you enter breaks, home visits or training in there, the booking page knows immediately. Two-way sync, no double admin, even with multiple therapists.
Home visits as their own service

Before the first visit, the patient fills out a physio-specific form: complaints, pain location, mobility restrictions, prior conditions, surgical history, medication. You see it all in advance and start treatment immediately instead of spending 10 minutes on data capture at the desk.
Insurance-compatible receipts + private billing
For self-payers and private patients you generate PDF receipts with all the required fields (diagnosis, ICD-10, treatment date, duration, fee). Reimbursement runs smoothly. Statutory prescriptions continue to be processed via your existing billing software (e.g. THEORG, Optica) — EazyBooking doesn’t replace billing, it replaces appointment scheduling.

Common questions from physiotherapy practices
Does it work with statutory prescriptions and public-insurance patients?
Yes, EazyBooking is primarily the scheduling system. Patients with a statutory prescription upload it at booking (photo or PDF) and you see diagnosis and modality before the appointment. The actual billing keeps running through your existing software (THEORG, Optica, Starke Praxis, etc.) — we don’t interfere. For private/self-paying patients you can take deposits or full payments online.
Can I have follow-up series suggested automatically?
Yes. After the first visit (or on prescription upload) the system proposes the full treatment series — e.g. 6 × manual therapy, twice a week over 3 weeks, the same slot every time. The patient confirms the plan in one click. All 6 appointments land in the calendar instantly, without 12 minutes on the phone.
How do home visits work?
Set up the home visit as its own service with a longer duration (e.g. 90 min including travel) and, if you want, a higher deposit or travel flat-rate. Optional: only active on specific days (e.g. Wednesday + Friday). Address required at booking. Your calendar lets you sort the day’s route geographically.
What about patients in acute pain who need to come in straight away?
That’s exactly what online booking is good for — available slots are visible 24/7, nobody has to wait on the phone. For real emergencies (acute disc herniation, etc.) the phone stays open in parallel. Practice experience: 70–80% of routine bookings shift voluntarily to online within 8 weeks, leaving the phone traffic for genuinely high-touch cases — and that traffic is qualitatively higher value.
How does this work with confidentiality and GDPR on sensitive diagnoses?
EazyBooking runs GDPR-compliant on a German server (Supabase Frankfurt). The DPA with all the required clauses is available as a signable PDF in the admin. Prescription uploads, diagnoses and intake forms are transmitted and stored encrypted. You keep professional confidentiality — we’re only the technical data processor.
How do self-pay services like exercise therapy or personal training work?
For self-pay services EazyBooking takes a deposit or full payment online (Stripe Connect). You set per service: full online payment, 20–50% deposit or pay on site. Series (e.g. 10-pack passes) can also be offered as a package price. Private patients automatically receive a PDF receipt with all the required fields for reimbursement.
Does it work with multiple therapists in one practice?
Up to 5 staff are included in the base plan — each with their own calendar, their own Apple/Google sync, their own hours and specialisations (e.g. manual therapy, lymph drainage, exercise-therapy certification). Patients can choose at booking or take the next available appointment. For prescription series the same therapist is kept by default. Beyond 5 staff there’s an add-on.
Can I differentiate intake forms by indication?
Yes. A back-pain first visit asks about pain location and radiation, a shoulder intake about range of motion and surgical history, a lymph-drainage intake about prior conditions and contraindications. Per service you store the matching form. The patient fills it in digitally before booking and you see everything before the appointment.
