EazyBooking

FOR NAIL STUDIOS

Nail-design bookings — straight into your calendar

Your booking page shows your designs, your prices, your designers. Clients book themselves 24/7 — manicure, gel, nail art, pedicure. Every new appointment lands as a calendar invite in your Apple or Google Calendar; one tap to confirm. No second system, no late-night WhatsApp sorting.

  • Apple & Google Calendar
  • Service gallery with photos
  • Designer selection
How it works

Sound familiar? vs. With EazyBooking it works like this

VORHER

Sound familiar?

  • Mid-gel application your phone buzzes — a WhatsApp request you can't ignore, but also can't answer with sticky gloves.
  • Clients keep asking "anything free this week?" when the answer is right there if they could check themselves.
  • No-shows on long applications hurt the most — 90 minutes reserved, chair empty, no warning, and a waiting-list client would have come in.
  • You show designs on Instagram but bookings go through DM — half the potential clients drop off because that flow is too friction-heavy.
  • Regulars know their favourite designer and service but have to describe it again every time.
  • When a designer is on holiday you call each of their regulars individually — and often the client also has no time anymore by the time you reach them.
  • You'd love to push seasonal designs or trend art into bookings but updating the phone-script flow takes a week.
NACHHER

With EazyBooking it works like this

  • Clients see every service with photo, description, duration, price — they book without calling to ask what an add-on costs.
  • Appointments land directly in your designers' Apple or Google calendars — one tap, confirmed, no duplicate entry.
  • Confirmation and reminder emails are automatic — no-shows drop 60–80%, freed slots become bookable again immediately.
  • Regulars are recognised: favourite designer and usual service pre-selected, booking takes 30 seconds.
  • Each designer has their own services, hours, holidays — no conflicts between requested designer and actual availability.
  • New seasonal designs (Christmas, summer pastel, Halloween) you add as services with a photo — bookable instantly, no developer needed.
  • Phone stays free for personal consultations; routine flow runs through the page, stress falls away.

FEATURES

Everything for your nail studio

Service gallery with photos

Each service has an image: French, babyboomer, watercolour, chrome, 3D art. Clients see exactly what they're getting — no more "I meant the other pink" at the chair. Includes description, duration, price. Upload JPG/PNG up to 5 MB, automatically optimised.

Apple & Google Calendar sync

Every new appointment arrives as a calendar invite in your existing calendar — iCloud, Apple, Google, Outlook, CalDAV. Block lunch or a private meeting there and the time disappears from your booking page automatically.

Multiple designers

Each designer has a profile, photo, specialities, hours. Clients pick "Anna" specifically or "any available". Per-designer service offering possible — e.g. acrylic only at Sarah, stamp art only at Lena. System distributes fairly or by client choice.

Automatic reminders

Instant confirmation after booking, reminder 24 h before, optional SMS. For a 90-min gel at €80 each prevented no-show is direct revenue — typically €200–€400/week recovered.

Returning-customer recognition

Anyone who has booked before is recognised next time — GDPR-compliant, opt-in. First name, favourite service, preferred designer pre-selected. Admin lists regulars, last visit date, and lets you re-engage inactive ones with a targeted email.

Mobile admin in your pocket

Day, week, month — manage everything from your phone. Push notifications on each new booking, drag-and-drop to move appointments, two-tap slot blocking. Browser-based, no app install.

FAQ

Common questions from nail studios

  • Can clients see the designs before booking?

Yes, that's one of the main advantages over phone booking. Upload one or more photos per service plus a short description: French gel 60 min €55, watercolour nails 90 min €75, chrome add-on 15 min €10. The client scrolls your gallery, sees exactly what they get, picks. You save the "I meant the other one" discussion at the chair.

  • Does it work for walk-ins and scheduled bookings together?

Yes. Block slots that should stay walk-in only (e.g. mornings) and they won't be offered online. The rest is bookable online. If a walk-in comes in, log them in the admin and that slot is also blocked online. Hybrid works cleanly because the calendar is the single source of truth.

  • How do you prevent no-shows on 90-minute applications?

Three layers: instant confirmation email with date, service, designer, address — makes the booking "real" mentally. Reminder email 24 h before with a self-cancel link (low-friction cancellation is far better than a "no message at all"). A clear cancellation deadline (e.g. 12 h) with a polite mail reaction to late cancellations. Studios typically report single-digit no-show rates after enabling.

  • Can I offer add-ons like rhinestones or French tips separately?

Yes, two ways. Either as a separate add-on service ("rhinestones +15 min, +€10") which clients tick during booking. Or as a variant of an existing service ("French" and "French with rhinestones" as two listings with different durations and prices). The second is clearer for booking, the first is more flexible for complex packages.

  • Does it cover pedicure as well?

Yes, all in one system. Pedicure is a service with its own duration (e.g. 75 min) and price. Optionally add resources — "pedicure chair 1" and "pedicure chair 2" — if you can run multiple in parallel; the system prevents double-booking on the same chair. Manicure and pedicure run in the same booking page; clients pick.

  • How does payment and tipping work?

Payment runs on-site as usual — cash, card, Apple Pay. EazyBooking is the booking tool, not a POS system. A deposit option via Stripe is on the roadmap (e.g. €20 deposit, balance on-site); say the word if you need it and we'll prioritise. Tipping remains in-studio.

  • Is the data GDPR-compliant?

Fully GDPR-compliant. All data hosted in an EU data centre in Frankfurt (Supabase EU-Central), no third-country transfer. DPA available in the admin. Clients can request access or deletion. Your own full account export or deletion is one click in the admin (30-day soft delete, then permanent).

  • How do I match the booking page to my brand?

Upload logo, pick primary colour (buttons & accents), set studio name, description, address, hours, team photos. Page runs on eazybooking.com/your-studio or free on your own domain (e.g. book.your-studio.com) — 10-minute setup, SSL automatic. No HTML, CSS, or designer needed.

  • What does it cost?

€59 net per month, 14-day free trial without a credit card. 17% off on annual billing (2 months free). Includes unlimited bookings, service gallery, branding, calendar sync, reminders, returning-customer recognition, mobile admin, custom domain. Staff add-on for larger studios. No setup fees, no per-booking commission.

  • What happens after the trial?

Nothing. No credit card on file, no "auto-renews". Trial simply lapses, data deleted after 30 days. To continue, enter payment details in the admin — all trial data carries over seamlessly.
