How do I manage 5-packs and 10-packs online?
In the admin you define packages: "10-pack classic massage 60 min" — per-client state visible (e.g. 7/10), automatic deduction on each booking. Payment for the pack runs on-site or by transfer as before; EazyBooking just tracks state and history. Clients see "3 of 10 remaining" when booking, you see everything in the regular-customer profile.
Can I coordinate couple massages or group wellness?
Yes. Configure a second bed (or third, fourth) as a resource. Couple massage as a service is only bookable when both beds AND both therapists are free at the desired time. If only one bed is free, the slot isn't offered. Group packages (hen party, birthday, corporate) configurable with person-count logic.
How do I sell gift vouchers online?
There's a "buy gift voucher" section on your booking page. Buyer picks an amount or a specific treatment, enters their and recipient's details, pays by card or instant transfer. PDF arrives instantly. Recipient redeems at booking by entering the code; balance is automatic. Admin shows sold, redeemed, outstanding.
Does it work for mobile massage (house calls)?
Yes, with a special configuration. Instead of a fixed studio you enter postal-code areas you serve. Per treatment you can set a "travel buffer" so appointments don't follow too closely. Clients enter their address when booking; you see it in the appointment detail. Route planning itself isn't included, but the booking coordination works cleanly.
What if a customer cancels 24h before?
Cancellation-Policy-Engine: you set tiered refunds. Example: "100% up to 24h before, 50% up to 12h, then 0%". Customer sees the policy clearly before booking, knows what happens. Automatic Stripe refund on cancel within the refund window — no manual work for you.
Can clients fill out an anamnesis or consultation form in advance?
Yes, per treatment you can attach a pre-booking form. Questions appear during booking (complaints, prior conditions, medications, pregnancy, allergies to oils/lotions), answers attach GDPR-compliantly. Saves 5-10 min per new client.
How do I manage multiple therapists?
Each therapist has a profile with photo, intro, own hours, list of offered treatments. Anna does classic and sport, Beat hot stone and Lomi, Carla everything. Clients choose specifically or the system assigns. Per-therapist calendar sync; admin permissions decide who sees only their bookings vs all.
Is this GDPR-compliant — especially for health-related anamnesis?
Fully GDPR-compliant. EU data centre Frankfurt (Supabase EU-Central), no US cloud, no third-country transfer. DPA in admin as PDF. Anamnesis answers encrypted, accessible only by you and authorised therapists. Per-client data export or deletion in one click; account-level export and deletion as well.
