No. Clients open your booking page in any browser — phone, tablet, or computer — pick service, date, time, enter name and email. No download, no account, no password. Booking takes under two minutes and is instantly confirmed. That's exactly why online booking works: if it were harder than a phone call, nobody would do it.
Can I offer different services with different durations and prices?
Yes, any number. Typical women's salon: women's cut 45 min €45, colour 90 min €85, tinting 60 min €55, highlights 120 min €110, updo 60 min €65. For barbers: men's cut 30 min, beard 20 min, complete service 50 min. Each service has its own duration, price, description — and you assign which staff offer which service.
How do I prevent no-shows?

Can I set booking rules like minimum notice or cancellation deadline?
Yes. Per service or globally: minimum notice ("bookings only 2+ hours ahead"), maximum horizon ("up to 90 days ahead"), cancellation deadline ("up to 12 hours before"), buffer time between bookings ("10 min cleaning"). Plus opening hours per weekday, holidays, special rules per staff.
How does it work with multiple staff?
Each staff member has a profile with photo, intro, hours, and the services they offer. Clients can pick "any available", a specific stylist, or browse by stylist first. Each staff calendar syncs separately and the admin permissions decide who sees only their own bookings vs everyone's.
Is this GDPR-compliant? Where is the data stored?
