Does this work for pure online coaching over Zoom?
Yes, even better. Per service you pick “online” — every booking automatically gets a Zoom link (or Google Meet, Teams) added to the confirmation and reminder email. The client clicks straight from the email into the call, you don’t send links manually. For hybrid practices you can combine online and in-person services side by side.
How exactly do 5- and 10-session passes work?
You create a package as its own service: “10-session coaching pass” at, say, €950 with 10 sessions of credit. The client buys the package once via Stripe, then books regular sessions one by one — the system decrements one unit automatically and shows the remaining balance and expiry. Automatic recall emails before expiry. You don’t manage anything manually.
Can returning clients book faster without re-entering their details?
Yes. On email entry the system recognises a returning client instantly — name, phone, address are pre-filled. As a coach you see the full appointment history including your own notes on past topics. Yes, as their own service type with seat capacity. You create “Quarterly Mastermind” with, say, 12 seats and a price, clients book a seat, pay via Stripe. You see the participant list with payment status. For online group calls the Zoom link goes out automatically to all participants — for retreats you can store the on-site address. Billing in seconds, not hours.
Can I offer a discovery call as a free 15-minute service?
Of course. You set the price per service — a “15-minute discovery call” is simply a service priced at 0. Clients book the discovery without payment, and after the call you can offer the right coaching package as a follow-up. Many of our coaching customers use exactly this funnel pattern: free discovery → paid package.
What about GDPR on sensitive coaching topics and notes?
Fully GDPR-compliant. All data in an EU data centre in Frankfurt (Supabase EU-Central), no third-country transfer. Coaching notes are stored encrypted, only you as the coach see them. DPA available in the admin. Clients can request access or deletion by email. For sensitive topics (trauma coaching, therapy-adjacent work) it matters that no US server is in the mix.
Can multiple coaches in a team work with their own calendars?
Yes. Up to 5 staff are included in the base plan — each with their own Apple or Google calendar sync, their own coaching services and their own hours. Clients can pick “Coach Anna” or “Coach Lukas” or “next available” at booking time. Beyond 5 there’s an add-on. For solo coaches the base plan is more than enough.
