Terms and Conditions for EazyBooking

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Eazy Logistics GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the Customer regarding the use of the SaaS platform EazyBooking.

  • These Terms apply to all services provided through the platform
  • Deviating terms of the Customer are only recognized if the Provider expressly agrees in writing
  • By registering, the Customer accepts these Terms

2. Service Description

EazyBooking is a cloud-based SaaS solution for appointment booking and customer management. The scope of services includes:

  • Online appointment booking system with customizable booking form
  • Calendar synchronization with Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, and CalDAV services
  • Automatic email notifications for booking confirmations
  • Management of employees, services, and business hours
  • Dashboard with booking overview and statistics
  • Multi-tenant capability for multiple locations

The Provider strives for an availability of 99.5% on annual average. Scheduled maintenance work will be announced in advance.

3. User Accounts

A user account is required to use EazyBooking.

Registration

Truthful information must be provided during registration. Each natural or legal person may only create one account. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.

Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for all activities carried out through their account. The Provider must be notified immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.

4. Prices and Payment

Subscription Model

EazyBooking is offered as a subscription. Current prices are available on the website. Prices are net plus applicable VAT.

Billing

Billing occurs monthly or annually in advance. Payment is made by credit card or SEPA direct debit through our payment service provider Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.

Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the billing period. After cancellation, data remains available for backup for 30 days before deletion.

5. Third-Party Services

EazyBooking integrates various third-party services:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's terms of service also apply (https://stripe.com/legal). Your payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe.

Calendar Services (Google, Apple)

When using calendar integration, the terms of service of the respective provider also apply (Google: https://policies.google.com/terms, Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/). Connection to these services requires your explicit consent.

6. Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

  • No liability for damages caused by force majeure or disruptions at third-party providers
  • No liability for lost profits or indirect damages
  • Liability is limited to the annual subscription amount
  • The Provider is only liable for data loss in case of breach of data backup obligations

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bremen, provided the Customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
