Terms and Conditions for EazyBooking
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Eazy Logistics GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the Customer regarding the use of the SaaS platform EazyBooking.
EazyBooking is a cloud-based SaaS solution for appointment booking and customer management. The scope of services includes:
The Provider strives for an availability of 99.5% on annual average. Scheduled maintenance work will be announced in advance.
A user account is required to use EazyBooking.
Truthful information must be provided during registration. Each natural or legal person may only create one account. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
The Customer is responsible for all activities carried out through their account. The Provider must be notified immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.
EazyBooking is offered as a subscription. Current prices are available on the website. Prices are net plus applicable VAT.
Billing occurs monthly or annually in advance. Payment is made by credit card or SEPA direct debit through our payment service provider Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the billing period. After cancellation, data remains available for backup for 30 days before deletion.
EazyBooking integrates various third-party services:
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's terms of service also apply (https://stripe.com/legal). Your payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe.
When using calendar integration, the terms of service of the respective provider also apply (Google: https://policies.google.com/terms, Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/). Connection to these services requires your explicit consent.
The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bremen, provided the Customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
